Horrible experience today. I am a current patient. I called in tears about a possible meniscus tear and told them I needed an emergency appointment. They claimed not to have one. Said I could come in tomorrow after 2pm which isn’t good. The person who answered the phone sounded bored and unconcerned about my condition. Not sure if I’ll be returning after this experience.

I dont usually post negative reviews but this place is terrible. Do yourself a favor & avoid it at all costs. We had an appointment for our newborn and so I took my work break during this time. Our appt was for 130pm. We arrive early and no one is at the front desk to check us in. Finally the reception comes to her desk and checks us in. We fill out the information. Mind you we could not fill out the information online beforehand to save time because they input our information wrong. At 2pm we ask how much longer the wait would be and the reception said another 20-30 min. We ask to speak to the manager. Manager comes out & cares even less than the receptionist. Rude & unprofessional just like everyone else's reviews say here. The manager blames the call center that makes the appts not themselves. Then also also blames the doctor for taking too long with patients. No one takes accountability no one cares. At 230pm we have still not been called in to see the doctor so we leave. That is 1 hour after our appointment time & this is the 2nd time that happens to us in the last month. We will never be back. I work in the Healthcare industry myself & know that the env

Dr. Jin is very bias. He compares my fibromialgia with his, he's given me medication that triggers my other illnesses and he does not listen to absolutely anything I tell him. He acts like I'm a complete idiot when it comes to my own health issues. Constantly belittling me. I always walk out feeling worse about my health and myself esteem. He is also horrible at prescribing meds when needed. There's e medications I can't miss doses.on and he'll go weeks without refilling them.

I love the doctors at this location. They listen to you, they ask you questions, they answer your questions and they treat you well. I take my kids there and I switched myself there. I’m finally getting the help I need after going from doctors to doctors for 8 years. I love the doctors in this office. Also, the nurses and receptionist are amazing.

**Avoid this place like the plague!** If I could give a -5 star review I would. I have had nothing but a horrendous experience with this place. Front end staff is unprofessional and act almost like it's a bother to them to have to help you. Saw an MD there as I could not get my daughter into her primary care doctor for a few months, and this was right up the street. Completely horrible decision on my end. The doctor wrote off a problem she's had ever since she was born as something completely different. The doctor ordered an allergy panel to address another issue. I was then told I would need to make an appointment JUST TO RECEIVE THE RESULTS. So, a phone appointment was set up for the end of the same week. I questioned the front desk if this was enough time to allow for the lab to return results and they assured me it was. Low and behold, that Friday comes around and I am told the results are not available for another week, but even when they get the results, they can't just call me with the results. No, I had to make an entirely new phone appointment for almost a week after the results were received by them JUST TO BE TOLD THE RESULTS. I sent a message to the MD she saw explainin
